What is a personal fitness program?

Personalized fitness training programs are developed with an individual in mind, taking personal health, wellness, physical activity and confidence levels into account. Well executed custom personal fitness programs will maximize your results while ensuring you have the best form for your body to prevent injuries and build your fitness threshold.

WHAT IS KICKBOXING?

Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines mixed martial art techniques, such as kicks and punches, along with body weighted exercises all tailored to get your heart rate up and active! Group kickboxing classes are fun and immersive and can help build stamina, improve coordination, flexibility and balance, and burn calories while building lean muscle.

What is CarDIO & Strength training?

Cardio conditioning and functional strength training leverages the fun and immersive experience of a group class in the format of a bootcamp. Bootcamps typically incorporate anaerobic workouts and strength training techniques like squats, dead lifts, planks, push and pulls and other exercises that mimic everyday movements. A bigger engine burns more fuel therefore when building muscle, it raises your metabolic rate, which helps you burn fat quicker.

HIIT Training
(high-intensity interval training)

Ready for a challenge? This style of training is where you give your one hundred percent effort and hard work through quick, intense, and explosive bursts of exercises, followed by short rest periods. HIIT workouts gets your heart rate up fast and burns more fat and calories in less time. It increases your metabolism, it's quick and convenient and these workouts can be performed anywhere with minimal equipment.
